 According to the research results, articles, patents are published and reports are prepared at conferences, in particular, abroad. More than 10 monographs have been published, in particular:

The development of any technological innovation, which may include devices, technical tools, programs for maintenance, equipment management or information processing are also the achievements of scientists. It is patents, copyright certificates or authorship of the invention that confirm the scientific potential of the staff of the department.

Teachers of the department took part in projects to create competitive computer telephony devices, which are implemented in the control points of communication services of a number of regional energy companies of Ukraine. In one of the projects an automatic multi-channel system of language registration and automatic informing of clients by phone CALLCenterDTR was developed.

Scientific developments of the department in the field of information and communication technologies were introduced in the NSC “Institute of Metrology” when creating the gravimetric network of Ukraine.
