International Scientific and Practical Conference “Knowledge-based Technologies in Infocommunications” (HICT)
From 22 to 25 May 2019, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Knowledge-based Technologies in Infocommunications” (HICT) was held on the basis of the hotel and tourist complex “Ksenia” (Vrublivtsi village).
The organizers of the event are the Department of Informatics of the Kamyanets-Podilskyi Ivan Oguyenko National University, the Department of Combat Application and Operation of the Automated Control System of Kharkiv Ivan Kozhedub Air Force National University and the Department of Information and Network Engineering of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
Representatives at the conference were not limited only to participants of such leading Ukrainian HEIs, leading scientists and specialists from Dresden Technical University (Germany), Geneva Technical University (Switzerland), University of Tampere (Finland), University Pardubice (Czech Republic) and Technological Humanitarian Academy in Bielsko-Biali (Poland) joined the conference. The total number of participants who expressed their desire to participate directly in the conference has exceeded 60 people, of whom 29 doctors of sciences and two academics.
The plenary session was very interesting and representative, in which 18 reports of leading Ukrainian scientists from the sphere of telecommunication technologies, cybersecurity, technologies of intellectualization of data processing processes were heard. According to the conference materials, a collection of abstracts was published, and some of the articles would be published in the Scientific and Technical Journal “Radio Electronics and Informatics”, which is included in most European regional citation indices.
Organization and support of the conference turned out to be at the highest level, according to the conference participants. The pleasant impressions of working together, the picturesque landscapes of the outskirts, which contributed to pleasant communication, and the rest after a busy day in the circle of like-minded people for a leisurely conversation and a delicious dinner, the common photos of the memory became a pleasant memories of the conference and a guarantee of future cooperation for all its participants.
