1983 – graduated with honors from Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics, specializing in Radio Engineering
1997 – graduated with honors from Kharkiv State Economic University in the specialty “Accounting and Audit” with the qualification of an economist.
Since 1983 – junior researcher of KhIRE.
Since 1990 – Senior Research Fellow of KhIRE.
1993 was awarded the scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences on the specialty 05.17.12 – Radiotechnical and television systems.
Since 1996 – Associate Professor of Communication Networks, later Associate professor of the Department of INE.
