1971 – graduated from Saratov State University. M.G. Chernyshevsky on the specialty “Radiophysics and Electronics”.
1996 – candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.12.04 “Radar and radionavigation”.
2002 – senior researcher in the specialty “Radar and radionavigation”.
2007 – elected academician of the Academy of Sciences of the ARE.
2008 and till now – the head and the scientific leader of the problem RL “Radio monitoring and processing of radio information” KhNURE.
2017 – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Information and Network Engineering.
Educational activities
Teaches discipline: Telecommunication and information networks.
Research activities
Main directions of scientific research: information-analytical activity on gathering, analysis and generalization of information about objects of radio monitoring, RES and their radio emission; the theory and technique of receiving and processing signal information in a priori uncertainty; principles, methods and technical ways of creation of perspective systems and means of radio-monitoring and radio-contradiction; complex processing of signal and coordinate information about the electromagnetic and object environment; estimation of efficiency of systems and means of radio-monitoring of an electromagnetic-object environment; use of radio frequency resource and EMC of radio-electronic means.
