1994 – Graduated from Kharkiv Military University (HVU) in the specialty “Mathematical maintenance of ACS”.
1995-1997 – engineer of the department for preparation and commissioning of military unit 30013.
2001 – candidate of technical sciences on the specialty “Military cybernetics, systems of management and communication”.
2007 – Doctor of Technical Sciences, specialty “Telecommunication systems and networks”.
2012 – Head of the Department of Military Use and Operation of the Automatic Control System of Kharkiv National Air Force University named after Ivan Kozhedub (KNUPS).
2011 – Professor in a part-time department of “Communication Networks” KNURE, later Professor of the Department of INE (part-time)
